I have trained juniors for years. My current youngest if Lewis who is 16 years old. You can see him in action below.
In the sessions I will teach them the basics of weight lifting with proper technique and will educate them on nutritional health.
On completion they will take home a full workout that they can do at home as well as a basic nutrition guide.
Let’s face it, we’ve all seen juniors in our local gyms lifting with very bad form and poor technique. You do take an interest in your child’s health don’t you?
