Attending my seminar has numerous benefits, including improving communication skills, gaining expert knowledge, networking with others and renewing motivation and confidence.
I am now working with local gyms and business’s to bring direct knowledge to the people who simply want to learn from an expert in order to move forward in life at a more succinct pace.
I have been living my fitness life for 30 years now and have spent the majority of the last 20 of them providing others with motivation, help, assistance, interpretation and general support and advice.
As I’ve learned through my years in senior management and also with being around people – the lack of knowledge in the nutrition arena is a real ‘make or break’ in our lives.
Nutrition dictates our energy systems, which in turn dictates our behaviors to ourselves and others as well as dictating our decision making process.
Imagine employees who our more nutritionally ready for the day and week, imagine how much more productive they will be with a better energy output. Imagine how much more valuable they will be to your commercial plans.
Imagine your gym members who now have a better understanding on how nutrition impacts their workouts. They will be more inspired, more focused and more driven in YOUR gym which will lead to greater progression and more determination.
Here are four of the main benefits I can bring to you and a group of people you socialise with, train with, work with or even employ.
Seminars can be a comfortable, open environment to learn from. Seminars help you become a better listener, present your arguments and ideas clearly and be open to others’ points of view.
Seminars give you intensive exposure to a topic through presentations and discussions led by an expert. By asking questions, taking detailed notes and being prepared for the event, you can leave a seminar with a wide range of knowledge in a specific field.
Along with having access to myself, my seminar also gives you the opportunity to meet other people who share your interests. Seminar discussions offer chances to debate issues related to the field, share experiences and exchange perspectives. These relationships can continue into professional connections even after the seminar is over.
It’s easy to get so caught up in the daily grind that you lose motivation or excitement for your job or interests. As a result, you may return from the seminar with renewed motivation to pursue your goals and find your enthusiasm rekindled. This can lead to higher productivity and fulfillment of professional and academic goals.
In the seminar I discuss the following (and other real time issues)
- Basics of macro-nutrients
- What do carbs, fats and protein do
- why we need them
- weight loss vs fat loss
- the best diet to be on
- meal planning
- meal prep
- how much food do we need for goals
- body hormones
- my personal favourite diet for you
I will also provide a basic guide of subjects covered as a digital PDF to be sent to those attendees who request it (keeping the world paper free!). This will include your own branding and logos where appropriate.
So some questions now remain, how valuable is your body? How important are your staff to you?
